We want you to love your LipAddict shade. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it out.

Change of mind

You may return an item within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, including sale items.

Because lip products are applied directly to the mouth, we can only accept items that are unopened, still sealed and in original resalable condition. We're unable to accept opened or used products, as we can't resell them safely.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We recommend keeping your postage receipt until your return is confirmed.

How to return an item

Message us with your order number and the reason for your return
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address
Post the item back to us
We'll process your exchange or store credit within 3 working days of receiving it

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please accept our apologies — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, including return postage. This is separate from the 15-day change-of-mind window above, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.
