We offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the courier and delivery location.

You will receive available tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or shade, or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

This notification period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
